Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products returned without original packaging.

- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Provide your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share the reason for the return request.
- Wait for return approval from our team.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item as instructed by our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy
Where possible, Bosco Hardware may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

- Incorrect products shipped
Replacement availability depends on stock availability.
Return Shipping Charges
If the Return Is Due to Our Error:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Bosco Hardware will bear the return shipping cost.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer required
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
Return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
